Teacher supporting diverse learners in a bright classroom

Inclusive education consultancy

Every learner deserves the opportunity to succeed.

EduReach helps schools turn inclusive education from an aspiration into daily practice through training, support systems, research-informed guidance and community-centred care.

Our Story

EduReach exists for the learner who is present, but not yet fully included.

In every school there are children whose potential is visible, but whose path is blocked by barriers that are easy to miss: a classroom pace that leaves them behind, a learning need that has not been identified, a family unsure where to turn, or a school team carrying more needs than it has support for.

EduReach begins there, with the child, the teacher and the school community. The work is not about labelling learners. It is about understanding what stands in the way of participation and building practical support around dignity, belonging and progress.

Inclusive education becomes possible when schools are not left to carry the work alone. EduReach offers a partner who listens first, brings specialist knowledge, and helps turn hope into systems that can be used in real classrooms.

Our Philosophy

Inclusive schools are built through values that can be practised.

Every Learner Matters

Support begins with the belief that each learner has dignity, potential and a right to meaningful participation.

Collaboration

Schools, families and professionals work best when knowledge is shared and decisions are made together.

Evidence-Based Practice

Recommendations should be informed by research, careful observation and the lived realities of schools.

Community Partnerships

Learner support becomes stronger when schools are connected to families, health services and community care.

Respect

Inclusive practice honours learner voice, family context, teacher effort and professional boundaries.

Empowerment

The goal is to strengthen school capacity so support continues beyond one consultation or workshop.

Our Vision

Inclusive education in every school.

To see inclusive education fully implemented in every school, ensuring that all learners are welcomed, supported and able to participate meaningfully in education.

Implementation in Every School

Inclusive education should move beyond policy and become part of everyday teaching, planning and learner support.

Meaningful Participation

Every learner should be welcomed, supported and enabled to participate meaningfully in learning and school life.

Sustainable Inclusive Practice

Schools should have the knowledge, systems and partnerships required to maintain inclusive education in practice.

Turning inclusive education into practical, everyday support.

Our mission is to support schools, educators, learners, families and communities through professional consultancy, training, research and inclusive education programmes.

Five-School Learner Support Pilot

A connected support model for five participating schools.

EduReach plans to partner with a group of five schools and place a Learner Support Agent in each school. These agents will provide an accessible first point of support for learners, teachers and families.

A qualified Social Worker will supervise the five Learner Support Agents and respond when a learner needs professional counselling, family support, protection services or further assessment. A professional Nurse will support health-awareness activities and guide appropriate health referrals.

  • One Learner Support Agent in each participating school
  • One Social Worker supervising and supporting all five agents
  • Professional counselling and family-support referrals
  • Nurse-led health awareness and referral guidance
  • Ongoing collaboration with teachers, families and school leadership
  1. 1

    School-Based Access

Each school has a named Learner Support Agent who is available to learners, teachers and families.

  2. 2

    Early Identification

The agent notices barriers, records concerns and helps coordinate practical school-level support.

  3. 3

    Social Worker Support

The supervising Social Worker provides counselling, family engagement and professional intervention when needed.

  4. 4

    Health Support

The Nurse conducts health-awareness programmes and guides learners toward suitable health services.

  5. 5

    Referral and Follow-Up

Clear referral pathways and ongoing follow-up help ensure that learners do not fall through the gaps.
